Since 2020
From an orange trailer to Dyson Place
Pellizco started in 2020 as street food from an orange trailer, popping up across the UK before opening our restaurant on Dyson Place in late 2022.
Our menu is inspired by Mexico, influenced by chefs, cities and states across the country and in the UK. Our ethos is based around fresh ingredients & sustainability alongside flavours, textures and presentation, representing traditional Mexican methods adapted for fresh, seasonal and local British ingredients.
