Corn Flour Masa Harina

Corn Flour Masa Harina from Minsa is made out of corn, water and lime. It is the basic ingredient to make tortillas, tamales, sopes, atole and many more traditional Mexican dishes.

Ingredients: Corn Nixtamalized, Folic Acid, Iron, Zinc Oxide, Vitamin B1 (Thiamine mononitrate), Vitamin B2 (Rivoflavin) and Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide).
